Front Desk & Studio Support Associate
Position Overview
The Front Desk & Studio Support Associate plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment while delivering an exceptional client experience. This position supports both front desk operations and overall studio flow, with a strong emphasis on cleaning and upkeep of both the studio and office spaces to ensure a consistently high standard of presentation. You will be reporting to Cheyenne Abreu, who manages operations of the front desk.
Schedule
This is a part-time position scheduled for three consistent days per week. Your schedule will not change weekly or monthly:
• Two weeknight shifts: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• One weekend shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
• $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience (with $16.00 as the current New York State minimum wage)
• Compensation is issued monthly on or near the 26th of each month
Key Responsibilities
• Thoroughly clean and maintain studio and office spaces, including floors, mirrors, front desk area, and common spaces. Replace needed office supplies from local stores within short walking distance from the studio.
• Keep all areas organized and reset between classes
• Greet students and clients warmly and check them into classes
• Assist clients with bookings, memberships, and studio inquiries
• Support instructors and ensure smooth studio operations
• Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity
• Arrive on time and prepared for all shifts
