Westchester's Premiere Pole Dance Studio

Come discover your self indulgent escape and your moment of zen.

Whether it’s your very first time or you already slay the pole game, we already consider you to be part of the crew. Our close knit community is what makes us stand apart as a boutique pole dance studio in a specialized industry. Centrally located in the heart of White Plains, NY, our studio vibe is one of inclusion, encouragement, and support with a heavy dose of silliness.

We excel in the art of high fives and happy dances because this is your place to feel completely free: be a dancer, be an athlete, and fall head over heels in love with yourself. You will be pushed and you will be celebrated.

Come dance with us. Learn basic spins, climb up the pole, rock essential floor work, and add your own style to universal dance transitions.

Let us help you celebrate any event. Our parties include 60 minutes of pole or chair dance instruction followed by an additional 30 minutes spent in the studio mingling, taking pictures on the poles, and enjoying any refreshments that you’ve provided for your guests. There's a 5 person minimum per party, at $50 per person.

For parties of more than 5 people, the cost is $45 per person. A deposit of $100 will reserve your desired date and time. The balance is due on the day of your event. Please give us a call at (914) 615-9450 or fill out a request form if you're ready to party. We look forward to helping you plan a fun filled evening and will be happy to do a small pole performance as well!

Basic/Int Invert // Advanced Pole Tricks

Antoine walked in to a pole class at his fitness center 5 years ago and found that his many years of gymnastics in highschool allowed for a smooth transition to pole. He has been a pole fitness instructor for 3 years.

As an active pole competitor, Antoine placed 2nd at the Atlantic Pole Championship in 2013. He performs regularly throughout NYC, and is a monthly featured pole performer on both chrome and aerial poles at Duane Park-- NYC's Classiest Burlesque Supper Club. Antoine is a Mighty Grip junior athlete and sales representative, and received the title of "Face of Mighty Grip" for 2015. He is also often a judge for the USPDF competitions.

Beginner Pole // Pole'ography

Ashleigh was mesmerized by pole the second she was shown a YouTube video of one of the industry legends. Her very first pole dance class was both a humbling and addictive experience. Her instructor encouraged her to have fun despite the fact that Ashleigh clearly didn't know her left foot from her right.

By the time it was over, she was hooked and knew this was an activity that would work her body as well as her mind. She soon returned to that same studio and began honing her craft and she is now a certified instructor herself! She loves sharing her love of pole dancing with people who started out just like her. Ashleigh's goal as an instructor is to unlock everyone's inner goddess!

OWNER // Beginner Pole // Parties

Taylor is the energetic and dance obsessed owner of Pole Position. She discovered pole dancing after stumbling across a Groupon in 2013.  With 21 years of equestrian experience under her belt, she is no stranger to understanding body mechanics and subtle, fluid use of upper body strength.

Taylor loves teaching lower level pole classes and parties because she feels there's nothing like watching someone fall in love with pole for the first time.  She invites everyone to come as they are and fall head over heels in love with themselves once they see what their bodies can do.

Beginner Pole // Pole'ography // Adv. Spin Pole // Flexibility

Danielle started dancing at the age of 13 which afforded her many performance and teaching opportunities including opening a show for Ne-Yo as part of an all girl dance group. In September 2012, she took her first pole class. Less than a year later, she received her Climb & Spin certification and began her teaching journey. Shortly after, she competed in and won her first pole title at the Atlantic Pole Championships.

When not on the pole, Danielle has a full-time job in advertising and owns the polewear line LeiVola Polewear, which launched in April 2016.

Aerial Fly Gym // Adv. Pole Tricks // Pole'ography // Chair/Lap // Pole Potential

Liz was introduced to Pole Fitness in 2009. As a former collegiate Track & Field heptathlete and pole vaulter, Liz was always looking for a new challenge. In 2012, she left a 10 year career in finance to pursue this aerial interest wholeheartedly. Liz became ElevatED certified to teach Pole less than a year later.

She is a certified FlyGym Aerial Fitness® Instructor and loves teaching a variety of classes. Despite placing gold & silver respectively in her first two pole competitions, what she enjoys most is entertaining others.
