If you have taken 3-5 Beginner Pole classes and are feeling good about your pole basics, you'll feel right at home in this Beyond Beginner class. Learn basic spins, climb up (and slide down!) the pole, rock out some essential floor work, and start developing your personal pole style. Instructor approval is required to move on to more advanced classes.

After taking your Pearl classes, lean into the dance element of pole fitness. Pole'ography is a choreographed dance routine created by the instructor including intermediate spins, climbs, poses, floor work and dance transitions. This class is a fun wild card. The choreography may be fun and upbeat or slow and sultry, but in all cases, you learn to make the pole your dance partner and never miss a beat.  

*Instructors will have modifications and/or advancements for students as they see fit. 




Intermediate Pole

Intermediate Pole takes you deeper into the intricacies and technique of pole dancing. In this class you’ll learn pole climb variations, how to conquer a pole that spins, and increase your power and flair in flow combinations with one handed spins and a variety of grips.  

Exotic Pole

Monday 6:30pm-7:30pm

Unleash your inner freak. Here you'll slink, clack, split and learn a million ways to show your imaginary audience the goods. This fast paced intermediate/advanced class takes all of your previous pole knowledge and turns it into dynamic, sexy movement. Heels and a fierce attitude strongly recommended. 

Pole Potential

Tuesday 11:00am-12:00pm

Whether you’ve just recently started your pole journey or you’ve been poling for a while, this conditioning class with rapidly build your strength to nail your favorite pole moves. This mixed level class pays close attention to body mechanics, pole technique, and conditioning drills. Taking Beginner Pole at least 3-5 times beforehand is strongly recommended. 




Spin Pole

Saturday 1:15pm-2:15pm
Thursday 8:30pm-9:30pm

This class rapidly builds on spin basics learned in Intermediate Pole. Here, you will learn increasingly challenging spin flows while controlling your speed, maintaining body awareness, and, of course, pointing those toes! 

*Students should be familiar with the basics of spin pole before joining this class. Approval from an instructor is required. 

Mixed Level Invert

Tuesday 8:30pm-9:30pm
Thursday 7:30pm-8:30pm

Ready to go upside down? This is the class for you. Created for those who are nailing the intermediate pole moves and want to take their pole prowess upside down. Become a pole athlete and learn to safely enter, execute, and exit basic inversions. 

Advanced Pole Tricks

Sunday 11:15pm-12:15pm

In this fast-paced class we raise the bar with very advanced inversions, spins, and tricks. This is the class to achieve your loftiest pole goals- from aerial splits to daring pole drops, take your pole journey to the max and see just what your body can do. 

*Students should be familiar with the basics of spin pole and able to lift into an invert easily before joining this class. Approval from an instructor is required.

Chair Dance

Wednesday 6:30pm-7:30pm
Sunday 1:45pm-2:45pm

This class will teach students a choreographed routine using the chair as a prop. The routine can be anywhere from sexy and showy to lyrical and raw. Students find their own personal style as to how they interpret their relationship with the chair. All experience levels welcome!



Friday 11:15am-12:15pm
Saturday 10:45am-11:45am

Ready to get bendy? This stretch class is open to all movers and shakers to aim to increase their flexibility, whether it’s to nail that pole split or just to get the kinks out of your back. We got you covered! Comfortable leggings and barefoot is the way to go for this one!

Aerial Fly Gym

Tuesday 12:15am-1:15pm

Fly Gym is an aerial fitness system that utilizes comfortable, adjustable fabric slings suspended from the ceiling. It incorporates elements of aerial arts, yoga, and Pilates. This system is designed to help participants enhance their body awareness and core control, increase joint mobility & flexibility, strengthen both deep and superficial muscles, and enjoy spinal decompression.
